UNICONS COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF TOWERS C AND D AT CRYSTAL HOLIDAYS HARBOUR VAN DON PROJECT

On the morning of May 4, 2024, Unicons successfully organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Towers C and D of the Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don Hotel, Resort, and Entertainment Complex.
Previously, Unicons was honored to be trusted and selected by the investor as the strategic contractor, taking on the role of general contractor for Tower A (33 floors) and Tower B (34 floors) of the project.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Le Dinh Vinh, Chairman of Everland Group, and Mr. Ta Duc Quyet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Everland Van Don Joint Stock Company, the project investor. From Unicons, Mr. Tran Van Lam, General Director, along with members of the project management team, attended. Additionally, the ceremony was graced by guests, representatives of partners, subcontractors, and supervisory consultants.

Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don is considered the first large-scale project in the key economic area of Northeast Quang Ninh province. This project is a large-scale, modern, high-end hotel, resort, and entertainment complex, part of the Ao Tien Premium Seaport and Van Don Seaport Urban Area. Upon completion, Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don is expected to become a “jewel,” a new symbol of the region’s tourism, heralding Van Don’s transformation into a modern, youthful, and dynamic city, and a high-quality marine tourism hub.

With a total investment of over 5,500 billion VND, Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don spans five towers, providing more than 2,000 hotel rooms and resort-style apartments, a 1,500-seat international conference center, and a variety of upscale entertainment and recreational facilities.

Currently, the project is being vigorously constructed by Unicons with the goal of completion and handover to the investor by Q2 2025.
