In early August 2024, Unicons’ interns successfully completed a challenging and rewarding internship. To mark the end of this journey, on the morning of August 17, 2024, the Human Resources and General Affairs Department organized a warm meeting at the Unicons office. It was a heartfelt event where memories, experiences, and opportunities were openly shared between the management team and the interns.
During the meeting, the interns had the chance to reflect on their work experience and assess what they had achieved. The mentors engaged in open discussions, highlighting the strengths the interns should continue to develop and areas for improvement. These valuable lessons will undoubtedly serve as crucial assets for the interns’ future careers. Furthermore, Unicons introduced post-graduation job opportunities, opening the door to potential future careers. Tran Huu Manh Khang, a student from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, shared: “I feel incredibly fortunate to have interned at Unicons – a truly professional working environment. Here, I had the opportunity to participate in numerous on-site projects, which not only helped me solidify my theoretical knowledge but also provided me with invaluable hands-on experience.
