With a commitment to maintaining both quality and schedule, the Van Lang Sky Lake project management team is achieving new milestones. These accomplishments are the result of the collective efforts of each member of the Site Management Board (SMB) and the seamless coordination and support from the Investor and project partners.
In early July, Unicons’ SMB successfully completed the construction of the transfer beam, involving 1,000m³ of concrete on the 5th floor of the residential tower. This critical component ensures the stability and safety of the upper floors. As of now, the team has reached the 7th floor of the tower.
For the hotel tower, the SMB is focusing on the construction of the 9th floor slab, with all tasks being carried out with a high level of responsibility, ensuring that quality and safety remain top priorities. The smooth progress of the work is due to the professionalism and tireless efforts of all workers and engineers on site.
