Four out of seven projects awarded to Unicons are developed by long-lasting business partners of the Company, namely Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company in two top-notch projects of a high-rise apartment building in Division 4 of Nhon Hoi Ecological Tourism Urban Area (where the Company designs and builds) and Mariott Resort Hoi An. Unicons also engages in many construction stages of VIFON factory (Hai Duong) and the Central Plan of Ho Tram Sanctuary in combined efforts with the investors, VIFON and Hai Duong Tourism Joint Stock Company.
Perspective of Chingluh Factory – Vinh Long
Unicons’ supremacy in industrial housing construction endures as it becomes the general contractor of Chingluh Factory (the first Unicons project in Vinh Long Province) which is valued more than 600 billion dong.
As for civil construction, Unicons will take up two key projects of Porsche (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) and Satra Trade Center (District 6, Ho Chi Minh City).
