On the first day back to work, Unicons was excited to receive the official information to undertake the bidding package for the underground part of phase 1 of the Eaton Park project, located in District 2, Thu Duc City. An incredibly fortunate start that heralds a brilliant 2024 for Unicons.
Eaton Park luxury apartments are invested by Tam Luc Real Estate Corporation, a member of Gamuda Land – one of the leading prestigious names in the real estate industry in Vietnam. Eaton Park is built on a land bank of 3.68 hectares in a prime location fronting Mai Chi Tho Street and is expected to provide 2000 apartments and 17 luxury shophouses for future residents. Unicons is extremely excited and proud to be trusted by the Investor to award the underground package of phase 1 of the project.
