Unicons kicked off December with a vibrant start, hosting two consecutive ground-breaking ceremonies right at the beginning. Having just completed the ground-breaking ceremony for the Go! Bac Lieu project earlier in the week, on the weekend of December 9th, the Unicons Command Board and staff members enthusiastically participated in the ground-breaking ceremony for the Tien Bo Plaza project in the capital city of Hanoi. The ceremony also welcomed the presence of representatives from the Investor, Unicons’ leadership team, and esteemed guests.
The project is invested by Tien Bo Printing Factory Co., Ltd., and TID Corporation, with Unicons partnering with the Investor to undertake the construction of the core, shell, and infrastructure. Situated at 175 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ba Dinh District, right in the heart of the national political center, adjacent to central government agencies, and featuring a blend of Hanoi’s characteristic “nostalgia” and forward-looking modernity, Tien Bo Plaza is poised to become a new landmark of the capital city.
With a reputable brand and outstanding construction capabilities, leaving a mark through iconic projects such as Landmark 81, Diamond Crown Hai Phong, Marvella Nha Trang, Fusion Da Nang, among others, Unicons continues to affirm its leading position not only in industrial construction projects and resort real estate but also in the commercial real estate segment.
