This morning, on December 2nd, the Training Department cooperated with the Departments/Units to organize the program “Integration Training” for more than 30 new employees that joined Unicons in October – November 2023 from both the North and South regions. With the desire to help new members better understand the workplace culture, system, and welfare regime of the Company as well as help them to clearly orient their career path at Unicons, the program has happened in an extremely open atmosphere.
The training sessions covered many useful topics, including:
- The mission as well as the core values that Unicons has been dedicated to ever since the beginning of the company’s formation and development until now.
- Unicons’s Staff benefit.
- Information and notes about safety – an extremely important factor when working at the construction site.
- Guidance and introduction to the system and IT security issues.
It is certain that through this program, the new members of the Unicons Family have had the necessary knowledge and skills to quickly integrate, be confident, constantly try their best, and ignite their passion for the development of Unicons in the near future.
