UNICONS KICKS OFF 2024 WITH A JAPANESE-STANDARD 5-STAR URBAN AREA PROJECT

On the threshold of the new year, Unicons is delighted to receive the official information to undertake the role of General Contractor for the F2 Apartment building project in Binh Duong New City, invested by Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. The project has a scale of 2 blocks with a total of 300 apartments, surrounded by green areas and facilities such as a swimming pool, park, community living area, shopping area, etc., which is an ideal “settlement” environment for families in the near future. The project is also an extremely positive signal to start a more propitious and brilliant new year for Unicons.
Becamex Tokyu is a joint venture between the Japanese company – Tokyu Corporation, with more than 100 years of experience in Japan’s urban development, and Becamex IDC Corporation, with more than 30 years of experience in infrastructure development in Vietnam. Understanding the development prospects of Vietnam, especially Binh Duong New City, Tokyu Group has brought a “package” of Japanese standards to each of its projects when coming to Binh Duong, with the expectation of developing this city to become the largest urban area in Vietnam.
