Unicons is awarded the contract for Vinhomes Riverside – The Harmony Sai Dong project

Located on land area of up to 97 ha, Vinhomes Riverside – The Harmony project consists of 4 sub-areas namely Nguyet Que (Laurel), Tulip, Phong Lan (Orchid), Huong Duong (Sunflower) which is corresponded to 4 Greek, Italian, French and Indochinese architectural styles. In the first stage, Unicons shall construct the structural works and the finishing works for 2 sub-areas with total number of 600 villas. Each villa has the areas between 90m2 and 350m2, which are finished and equipped with luxury interiors. The project has the total contract value up to nearly 900 billion Vietnam Dongs and its construction period is within 12 months.
Owning the neo-archaic architectural style mixed between Western architectural style and Oriental architectural style, Vinhomes Riverside – The Harmony villa area has the building density of only 21% and currently is still one of the most attractive investment points in the real estate market in Hanoi.
With a large number of work items, the very big construction site, the project has many challenges to Unicons engineers. However, with experiences in building hundreds of villas in big projects like Vinhomes Thang Long, Parkcity Hanoi, Vinhomes Riverside – Stage I, etc., Unicons Steering Board is fully confident with the new project assigned by Vingroup.
