UNICONS HANDS OVER PHENIKAA UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL PROJECT – THE LARGEST PRIVATE HOSPITAL IN HANOI

The Unicons Site Management Board has successfully completed the Phenikaa University Hospital project, a state-of-the-art medical facility with a scale of 4 buildings, providing 700 beds, opening up new opportunities for people in Hanoi and the surrounding areas to access high-quality medical services.


The Phenikaa University Hospital project is a combination of 3 components including a smart hospital, a satellite clinic system and home healthcare teams connected to each other by the Telehealth system. This is the first project in Vietnam to apply the “Hospital Without Walls” model, an advanced model applied in many countries because of its outstanding benefits such as reducing pressure on the hospital system, minimizing barriers between patients and healthcare services, etc.

The completion of the project not only contributes to improving the quality of medical services in the capital but also affirms Unicons’ capacity and reputation in the field of medical construction. This is also an important step in improving the quality of healthcare and meeting the increasing demand for modern medical services.

Throughout the construction process, the Unicons Site Management Board has applied strict management measures and advanced technologies to ensure labor safety and project quality. This has helped the project achieve high safety and quality standards, while also completing on schedule.

This is the first project that Unicons has had the opportunity to cooperate with the Investor – Phenikaa Group, hoping that with the quality and reputation that Unicons brings through the Phenikaa University Hospital project, it will open up many opportunities for cooperation between Unicons and Phenikaa Group in the future.
