Unicons engineers sharpen finishing works skill

The workshop includes 8 special modules on finishing works to be conducted and presented by 8 teams respectively. Differing from traditional training classes, the workshop requires learners to  supervise on-site works and discuss on finishing techniques. Tough competition among teams in the workshop will also motivate the teamwork spirit and learning mindset of team members.
Mr. Doan Minh Hien, a member of organizing board, said: “The new training type encourages the interaction and straightforward discussion among learners to enhance their knowledge and skills. Precious experiences drew from the workshop will then be directly applied into ongoing projects, hence increase the project quality.
Training on finishing works is an essential activity for Unicons engineers to meet higher requirements of ongoing highrise, villa and apartment projects. In the coming time, Unicons will organize other effective training types to maximize the staff capacity and keep pace with most advanced construction technologies in the field.
