Unicons congratulates female staff on Int’l Women’s Day – 8 March

In the intimate meeting at the headquarter, General Director Nguyen Sy Cong on behalf of Unicons Board of Management and men staff extended his best wishes and gratitude to female employees for their striking contributions to the company in the past years. Songs dedicated to women and beautiful bouquets of flower were given by male employees to the female colleagues. At sites, Unicons engineers also gave beautiful flowers to engineer women and site secrectary on this special occasion.
Besides, Unicons Trade Union also hosted a teambuilding trip themed “As women are the whole world” to The BCR tourist area (District 9, Ho Chi Minh City) with the participation of nearly 70 employees and companions. Participants were divided in teams joining in spectacular games like paintball shooting, kayaking, fish hand-catching… in the relaxation amid the fresh ambience of the city suburb. Unicons female engineers showcased their great skills of creativity, collaboration and decisive attitude in team games. The trip ended in unforgettable memory for female employees and strenthened the solidarity among Unicons staff in work and daily life.
These activities are part of Unicons Board of Management’s efforts to take care of the employees not only by competitive remuneration policies but also a joyful office life. It provides the employees a trust to contribute better and regard Unicons as their second home.
