UNICONS CELEBRATED THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF BODY CONSTRUCTION OF THE VAN LANG SKY LAKE PROJECT

This morning on January 18^th, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony of the body construction of the “Van Lang Sky Lake Urban Residential Area” project was successfully held with the participation of representatives of the Investor, Design Consultants unit, Supervision Consultancy unit, Unicons Board of Directors, representatives of partners, subcontractors, all members of the Site Management Board and unit representatives of Unicons.
Recently, the Site Management Board has also completed the topping off works, officially completing the first package of the project the “Van Lang Sky Lake Urban Residential Area.” With a high level of technical expertise and the unhesitating efforts of fearing no hardship of every single member of the Site Management Board, along with a strict quality management process, have helped Unicons continue to receive trust from the Investor, Tu Lap Construction Co., Ltd. for the continue package – the body construction. This is one important step forward to reaffirm the prestige and quality of Unicons.

In this body package, Unicons undertakes to build 2 apartment blocks and 1 hotel block with 22 floors, 26 floors, and 32 floors, respectively. The project requires highly advanced technical skills, posing many challenges for the construction team. However, with experience in building high-rise buildings with difficult and complex architecture such as Diamond Crown Hai Phong, Ecopark Hung Yen, Wink Tuy Hoa, etc., together with a team of leading experts, Unicons is confident that the project will reach the finish line safely and on schedule to ensure the aesthetics and quality committed to the Investor.
