SHARING NEW TRAVEL EXPERIENCES AT THE “EXPLORING ASIA” WORKSHOP

On March 22, Coteccons Unicons cooperated with travel partners to successfully organize a travel workshop for the year 2024 with the theme “Exploring Asia” at Coteccons Building, attracting a large number of employees to participate in person and online. This is the annual welfare policy of Coteccons Unicons for employees working at the company.

With the desire to create opportunities for partner travel agencies to introduce more details about tours designed specifically for Unicons (Coteccons Group) employees, thereby creating excitement and helping employees make choices that suit their interests. At the same time, the workshop is also a bridge between employees and representatives of departments organizing tour programs, answering questions of employees about policies as well as tour registration procedures, etc.
Ms. Nguyen Trinh Thuy Trang – Director of Home Affairs of Coteccons shared at the workshop: “This is the 2nd year that the company has issued a new tourism policy with the desire to help employees have the opportunity to explore, experience, and approach advanced civilizations in the world, in line with the Go Global orientation of Coteccons Group. In order to have the best and most suitable travel programs, the Board of Directors and related departments have made great efforts, so hopefully everyone will receive it positively.”
The 2024 Tourism Program will focus on Asian tours in countries such as Korea, China, Bali, Singapore, and Thailand. Each country will have its own unique characteristics. If Thailand is famous for its “spiritual” tours that mainly visit splendid temples and pagodas, then the Jiuzhaigou Natural Reserve Experience Tour in China gives a magnificent painting of nature.

Opening the presentation was the representative from Eskept, this agency had accompanied Coteccons Group in the previous year’s travel program. This year, Eskept offers four tours in Thailand, China, and Bali. The most prominent is still the Jiuzhaigou Natural Reserve tour, which is known as an earthly paradise with the experience of riding a high-speed train with a speed of faster than 150 km/h, visiting the places that have created the success of “Mount Huaguo (The Mountain of Flowers and Fruit)” in the famous TV series Journey to the West.

Next, Vietravel representatives also had an impressive “pitch” with a “rain of gifts” for the Company’s employees. Vietravel offers 2 tours in the land of Kimchi and the country of Sea Lion – Singapore.

At the end of the presentation of the two travel agencies was the Q&A session with the participation of Mr. Ho Phi Long – Head of General Human Resources Department of Unicons, Mr. Pham Minh Toan – Head of Human Resource Management Department of Coteccons, Ms. Mac Thoai Dung – Head of Administration Department of Coteccons and representatives of travel agencies,  answering questions of employees about policies, registration, tour schedules, etc.

At Unicons, the Board of Directors always considers the employees as the most valuable source of capital and offers attractive and transparent remuneration policies for employees to feel secure enough to dedicate themselves. Hopefully, through this year’s travel program, all employees will have interesting experiences to help strengthen their bond with colleagues and regenerate energy to work more efficiently.
