OWN IT “BUILDING THE MIND, BUILDING THE FUTURE” CULTURE OF COTECCONS – UNICONS

In the solemn atmosphere of the event, members had the opportunity to look back and celebrate the year 2022, which has brought many proud achievements. Our Coteccons – Unicons members have worked hard and devoted themselves all this time to contributing to “creating the future” towards sustainable development. This is also an opportunity to honor the talents and enthusiasts that have contributed to Coteccons conquering the “vast ocean”.

The Best Warrior, Project Manager of the Year, Employee of the Year, and Best Team of the Year awards have been presented to individuals, departments/construction sites with outstanding achievements in the past year to honor the contributions of not only one individual but also the resonance of a united team.

With the OWN IT spirit, Coteccons – Unicons empowers, creates an accessible environment, and promotes the spirit of ownership. The sharing of vision and orientation from the Board of Directors has motivated and inspired employees to be ready to continue a new journey with more vital breakthroughs and better values in the future.
