On the morning of November 9^th, 2023, Unicons successfully organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Emerald 68 project, located at the front of Binh Duong Avenue. The project is invested by Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company and Le Phong Investment and Development Company.

The Emerald 68 – The jade in the heart of Binh Duong new city has a total investment of more than VND 2,000 billion, on a land area of nearly 8,000 m2, belonging to the segment of high-end apartment projects. The project owns a “million dollar” view, located at the front of Binh Duong Avenue and Vinh Phu 16 Street, about 1 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
