- Le Phong Binh Duong high-rise commercial and service residential area – The Emerald Golf View
Backed by a total investment of more than 2,000 billion dong, The Emerald Golf View features a prime location at the gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. The project is built on an area of about 9,000m2, gross floor area of more than 120,000m2, with 2 basements and 40 floors. It is expected to complete in 26 months.
This is the first high-class condominium project of the Owner Le Phong in Binh Duong Province. Le Phong has built up its reputation in the real estate sector by a series of low-rise projects such as Le Phong Residential Area in Tan Dong Hiep 2, Le Phong An Phu Residential Area in Thuan An, etc. By awarding Coteccons as the Design & Build General Contractor for its first high-rise project, Le Phong expressed its extensive faith in Coteccons’ reputation and appreciation of the Company as a concrete guarantee of classy projects. The total contract value assumed by Coteccons in The Emerald Golf View is more than 1,400 billion dong.
- PiCity High Park project cluster
In early July, representatives of Unicons Leadership signed a cooperation agreement on construction of two towers Park 4 and Park 5 in the PiCity High Park cluster, which is invested and developed by Pi Group. PiCity High Park has a frontage to Thanh Xuan 13 Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. The project has a total area of 8.6 hectares, including 6 towers of 15-18 floors with 2,500 condos and construction density of 23%. The remaining space will be covered by nature ambience, which encompasses multiple parks in harmonious blend with condo towers, internal roads, kindergartens, primary schools and more than 20 internal utilities – services. Unicons will take on the role of Construction General Contractor for Park 4 and Park 5 in expectedly 600 days.
- Van Hai high-class eco-tourism area – Angsana Quan Lan – Banyan Tree Hotel & Resort
Located in Quan Lan Commune, Van Don District, Quang Ninh Province, Van Hai high-class eco-tourism project is entrusted by the owner, Viglacera Van Hai Joint Stock Company to Coteccons as the Design & Build General Contractor for the 6-storey hotel and 36 luxury sea-view villas. With a gross floor area of nearly 20,000m2 on a total land area of over 350,000m2, the project is expected to be completed in 12 months.
- Sun Grand Feria Ha Long
By winning the trust of Sun Group – the Owner, Unicons was awarded to the basic construction package of 243 villas in Ha Long Ocean Park; and exterior finishing of duplexes, detached houses, quadruple houses and Villa Sun Grand City under the Sun Grand City Feria project. This bid package costs 430 billion dong and expects to be started in early July 2020.
