In recent years, with their improved position in the market, Coteccons’ name has been associated with major contracts and significant projects, among which are those of over VND 3 trillion, namely Masteri Thao Dien, The Gold View, D’Capitale. To extend the chain of attained success, Coteccons Construction JSC in these days is accelerating preparation for the commencement of Hoi An Casino, a world-class project worth VND 7 trillion. Coteccons surpassed many local and international contractors and gained the trust of the investor by bidding reasonable price, posing credible construction approach and progress.
The investor had demanding requirements in selecting contractor: in addition to stringent technical and artistic standards, it would have to sprint in 19 months to complete the mega project. This huge challenge is insurmountable to any contractor.
However, by showing evidence of their performance in past and on-going projects – namely Masteri Thao Dien, Vinhomes Thang Long, Vinhomes Metropolis, Vinhomes Golden River, and most particularly, Landmark81 – Coteccons managed to prove their competency in matching any technical and progress requirements. On top of that, their insights into pedological and cultural characteristics of Central region through many projects, including Ocean Villas, Marble Mountain Beach Resort, Nam Hai Resort, etc., were absolutely effective in winning the investors’ trust. Most remarkable of all, Coteccons was contracted for building the first Las Vegas style casino of Vietnam – the Grand Ho Tram Strip – by committing to fast track approach and strict technical, artistic and progress requirements.
Hoi An Casino would be located close to Hoi An old town, in the vicinity of Da Nang International Airport and My Son sanctuary. The complex of casino, luxury hotels, tourism and recreation resort would be situated on an area of 1,000 hectares, and be among the most invested projects of Quang Nam province, worth $4 billion.
The winning of Hoi An Casino contract was a meaningful gift as Coteccons staff were looking forwards to the anniversary of the firm (Coteccons Day). Pride is in the air as Hoi An Casino stands out in size and value against the dull market.
