The event which marking the development of Coteccons from a small company with only about 50 members in the early days of establishment to a Vietnam’s leading construction group including member companies, associates and more than 5,000 employees across the country.

At the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Ba Duong and senior leaders of Coteccons Group shared on strategic topics, helping staff to grasp the general picture of Group’s business operations and development strategy in the next period. Other topics discussed at the Meeting include “The synergy of Coteccons Group”, “Dedication – The essential quality of Coteccons’ members” and “Working environment at Coteccons”. Through sincere sharing from their own experience and outstanding examples of efforts and successes at Coteccons Group, Mr. Le Mien Thuy – General Director of Ricons, Mr. Vo Thanh Liem – Deputy General Director of Coteccons and Mr. Tran Van Chinh – Deputy General Director of Coteccons gave all members a deep understanding of the characteristics that make the difference of Coteccons Group in the market, the focus of the Board of Managers on developing staff’s capacity, and the necessary traits so that each employee can affirm his capacity as well as his position in the Company.
