The Best Workplaces survey is conducted annually by Anphabe with the professional support from Nielsen Global Market Research company. The results of the 2017 survey showed that Coteccons Group was ranked 54th on the list of the top 100 Best Workplaces across the industries and professions, increased by 14 places compared to the previous year and listed in the top 50 attractive recruiting brands. Besides, in Best Workplaces by industries category, Coteccons Group has maintained its leading position in the Construction industry.
The survey collected the responses from over 62,800 employees and college students, with a process of in-depth interview, group survey and extensive survey which aimed to attain objective feedback from employees. It is known that the evaluation criteria revolved around 6 most essential factors: Salary, bonus and benefits; Development opportunities; Culture and values; Leadership team; Quality of work and life; Company reputation.
