Coteccons and Unicons hold Roof sealing ceremony for M-One Saigon South Project

The Roof-sealing event of M-One Saigon South Project was attended by the representatives of the Client TCO Development, the General Designer and Contractor Coteccons – Unicons, Artelia Consultant, Techcom Bank and the partners who went with the Steering Board throughout the construction process.
M-One Saigon South Project includes 01 single tower and 01 twin tower with 25 floors, 2 floors of shophouses, Vinmart supermarket, 888 apartments with areas from 57-94m2 and officetel. With the experience in design and construction in many years, Coteccons- Unicons together with the partners proposed optimal solutions to utilization area and performance of each apartment. The project also owned the internal utility system such as restaurant, supermarket, swimming pool, gymnastics center. Upon completion, the building would certainly bring a convenient and high-end life to all residents.
Overcoming a lot of difficulties and hardships from the construction stages of foundation, basement, structures and finishing of middle floors, Unicons’ Steering Board led the project to the highest floor. Delivering speech at the roof sealing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Sy Cong – the General Director of Unicons revealed with capability as the General Contractor of Design and Build of many previous project, Coteccons – Unicons committed to finishing the project with the highest construction standard, contributing to stimulating sales revenues as well as the Client’s prestige in the market.
Delivering speech at the ceremony
Mr. Tran Trung Kien, the Site Manager of the project revealed: “ Travelling with the project from the early days, as of now, having seen the roof-sealing ceremony for the project take place, for us as Unicons engineers, it is a big happiness and pride. In the stage of finishing interior and exterior of the building, we shall make the best efforts to bring the best quality to the apartment”.
Thus, the roof –sealing for one more high rise building project was successfully performed, the prestige and capability of the General Contractor Coteccons – Unicons continued to be confirmed through the building process and quality products to the Client.
