2023 WARM COAT FOR WINTER PROGRAM

Every year, when the chill of winter comes, in order to cherish and take care of employees’ lives, warm winter coats have been gifted by Unicons Union to all employees of three regions: North-Central-South.

The “Warm Coat for Winter” program is an annual program organized by the Trade Union of Unicons. Last November, the Trade Union, in collaboration with Unicons Human Resources and General Department visited and directly gifted more than 700 winter coats to each employee, from the office block to the construction site, from the South to the North. This is also an opportunity for the Company to listen to the sentiments as well as the contributions and proposals of all employees.

In 2023, the winter coats have been improved with a more beautiful and attractive style, made of eco-friendly materials such as coffee grounds and plastic bottles, aiming for the goal of sustainable development. With the desire to give employees the best quality experience, from the designing stage to material selection to every single stitch seam, the manufacturer checked meticulously and carefully. If Southern employees were given thin and light coats that were convenient to use, then Northern employees’ coats were designed with additional quilting to keep warm during the cold waves.
Hopefully, on the journey of connecting hearts and spreading care with the warmth of the Trade Union, the brothers of the Site Management Boards as well as the office block will be more motivated to complete the work well and create more great values at Unicons.
