WE ARE “NEXT GEN” – INTERNSHIP 2023

At the beginning of the program, Ms. Nguyen Hong Trang – Representative of Coteccons Human Resource Management Department introduced the Company and the portrait of a real Coteccons – Unicons engineer. Besides that, she also shared the different values of the Company. The value here is not only in the achievements of the Company but Coteccons – Unicons also aims at the value of Sustainable Development – Building the Future.

In the program, starting as an alumnus of University of Architecture, Mr. Phan Minh Toan – Head of the Human Resource Management Department of Coteccons had some quality and enthusiastic sharing with Interns about the construction profession. He also gave guidance on the criteria and values that Interns need to accumulate during the internship to become a better version of themselves.

Following, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong – Head of CTA Training Center shared about the training programs and opportunities for Interns at Coteccons – Unicons. Not only that, but he also inspired the desire and spirit of self-study in Interns – “Only when we act, constantly making efforts, can we discover our own direction”, Mr. Truong shared.

Finally, one of the main contents of the program was the sharing of Occupational Safety training from Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nam – Head of Safety Department.

Mr. Nam gave practical examples of safety protocols that engineers perform every day at construction sites. He also emphasized the necessity of following Occupational Safety procedures and hazard prevention measures to ensure the safety of oneself and those around them.

The training session is an opportunity for interns to enhance their understanding of Occupational Safety in the construction industry. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for the Company to create a development environment with passionate and capable talents, participating in the young human resources of the construction industry in the future.
