UNICONS MADE ITS MARK IN THE YOUNG CITY OF THUAN AN WITH THE EMERALD GOLF VIEW

Accompanying the Investor of this wholehearted project, Coteccons – Unicons in the role of General Contractor Design, constructed the structure and completed 2 blocks of 40-story apartments and 2 basements with a typical floor area of more than 3,000 m2. With a total of 1091 apartments, duplexes, and penthouses, outdoor Unicons also ensure the construction of the entire M&E system.

Up to now, the Project Management Board has completed all units of structure, apartments, infrastructure, and landscape. Employees are still concentrating all resources to perfect the final work, ready to hand over to future owners the most thoughtful product.

Despite a long period of being heavily affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, the Site Management Board still joined forces and unanimously launched the project to the finish line successfully, meeting all expectations of the Investor. The great results crystallized from the relentless efforts of the Project Management Board have opened cooperation opportunities for both companies in the following projects. Specifically, on April 10^th, 2022, Le Phong Group “shook hands” to cooperate and develop the high-end project of the Emerald 68 Apartment Building (The Emerald 68) with Coteccons – Unicons. The project will be developed in the near future.
