“Loteco’s Workshop for Lease A-7” is built on an area of 10,000 m2 in Long Binh Industrial Park, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. Unicons took the role as General Contractor of Construction and Electromechanics in charge of construction, finishing, water and electricity, steel structure, infrastructure and periphery. After more than 200 days of construction, Unicons staff excellently completed the project and met all the Owner’s requirements for quality, safety and progress.

“Since this project is invested by a Japanese owner, Unicons’s engineer team had to pay constant extra attention to the requirements on quality, labor safety and paper work. Moreover, for a project based on such a narrow premise, the Steering Board had to prepare detailed plans and tightly control all construction tasks from initial to later stages, talked Mr. Vo Quoc Thanh – Project Superintendent about the construction process of “Loteco’s Workshop for Lease A-7”.
