“Ho Tram Sanctuary” invested by Hai Vuong Tourism Joint Stock Company was officially kicked off on May 20, 2020. On June 2, 2020, in Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province, Unicons initiated the “Resort & Spa Marriott Hoi An – Viet Nam”. Including 04 subdivisions, 01 basement, 05 up-ground floors and has a gross floor area of more than 33,000m2, this project is designed with luxurious layout and classy interior. Unicons acts as the structure contractor for 01 year with a total package value of nearly 130 billion dong.

Meanwhile in the North – Quang Ninh Province, Unicons puts its signature to “Angsana Quan Lan – Banyan Tree Hotel & Resort” project on Quan Lan Island, Bai Tu Long Bay. The project, invested and developed by Viglacera Van Hai Joint Stock Company, has a total area of nearly 360,000m2, gross floor area of 31,916m2, including hotel and villa areas. This project involves Unicons as the general contractor of structure, finishing, MEP system, infrastructure and landscape with the package value of 430 billion dong.
