Delegates ceremonially commencing the Akari City project
Directly connected to Vo Van Kiet Boulevard – the backbone road that links the east and the west of Ho Chi Minh City – Akari City urban area project is up to 8.5 hectares wide and worth nearly 8,000 billion dongs. It has a strategic location for well-being and trade. This is the fifth project developed under the cooperation of Nam Long and two Japanese investors who have more than 100 years of experience in real estate development and expect to provide about 5,000 Flora line affordable condominiums . Akari City is designed after the concept of “light city” with a wide variety of commercial facilities and services that best serve the residence, cuisine, entertainment and education needs of the project residents as well as surrounding communities.
Perspective of Akari City urban area project
Phase 1 of the project includes 6 blocks on an area of 2.8 hectares, including 01 basement, 21 upground floors with about 1,800 apartments. At this phase, Coteccons will act as the General Contractor of D&B, design and construction of structural items, finishing and MEP items.
