UNICONS COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION ON EASTERN TRAN HUNG DAO ROAD APARTMENT COMPLEX ON DA NANG’S “GOLDEN LAND”

On the morning of May 16, 2024, Unicons successfully held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Eastern Tran Hung Dao Road Apartment Complex in Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City. The ceremony was attended by representatives from the investor, Cu Lao Cham Trading – Tourism – Investment Joint Stock Company, Unicons’ leadership team, subcontractors, suppliers, partners, and the entire project management team.
 The Eastern Tran Hung Dao Road Apartment Complex project, located at the base of Dragon Bridge on Tran Hung Dao Street, An Hai Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, is developed by Cu Lao Cham Trading – Tourism – Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of Sun Group. Unicons is responsible for the construction of the basement structure package for this project.

The project is implemented on a total area of 4,000 m² and is divided into two zones: the high-rise and low-rise zones. The high-rise zone, The Ponte, includes a 26-story tower with three basement levels, providing 495 apartments, 26 shophouses, and seven penthouses. The low-rise zone, Rio, comprises 41 townhouses ranging from 135 to 245.8 m² and 12 villas ranging from 180 to 369.2 m².
The project is highly regarded for its feng shui, situated on Da Nang’s “golden land” with convenient connections to major arterial roads. Upon completion, the project promises to be a shining gem, contributing to Da Nang’s ascent to new heights.
