Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were representatives of Thu Duc City local government, the investor – Gamuda Land, the contractor – Unicons, and representatives of architectural design consultancy, supervision consultant and subcontractors, suppliers, partners.
Giving a speech at the ceremony, Mr. Teoh Chin Sang said that Eaton Park is a high-end and key project of Gamuda Land in the East of Ho Chi Minh City. The commencement and construction of the project foundation started in December 2023. After three months of construction, the Eaton Park project has gradually taken shape. With the dedication and diligent efforts of the construction team working continuously around the clock, Gamuda Land believes that Eaton Park will soon be completed, showing towering landmarks on the city’s Eastern side in the near future.
“All work has to start with a solid foundation. That is the key factor in bringing quality products to customers and residents. We believe that Unicons will focus all resources and try their best to make it happen,” Mr. Teoh Chin Sang added.

Eaton Park is a high-end project developed by Gamuda Land. The project is built on a land fund of 3.68 hectares right in front of Mai Chi Tho Street, expected to provide 2000 apartments and 17 shophouses after completion. After completion, the project is expected to bring a new breeze with a prime location, utilities, and high quality in the high-end apartment segment in the East area in particular and Ho Chi Minh City in general.
