SKYLAKE VAN LANG LAKESIDE MANSION OFFICIALLY COMPLETES BASEMENT COVER

Recently, the Unicons Command Board officially completed the task of covering the basement for the high-rise residential area (hotel tower and apartment block) of the Skylake Van Lang project (Phase 01), with a total construction area of 24,000 m2, including floors B2, B1, the ground floor, as well as completing the first package of this project.
Skylake Van Lang, developed by Independent Construction Company Limited, features the standard architecture of lakeside “mansions” located in the central axis area of Hung Vuong Boulevard, facing directly towards the beautiful Van Lang artificial lake park. Situated adjacent to the “green lung” of the city, the complex directly enjoys a cool and unique natural environment in Viet Tri.

Throughout the construction process, despite facing difficulties from prolonged rainy weather conditions as well as the semi-topdown construction method requiring high technical expertise and precise calculations, the Command Board members maintained their spirit and enthusiasm, overcoming challenges together with a single goal of completing the project to the best of their ability.

Congratulations to the Skylake Van Lang Command Board for excellently completing Phase 1 of the project. In the upcoming period, the Command Board will continue to complete site clearance tasks to hand over for the next construction phase. Unicons remains prepared, dedicating full effort and energy to receive the trust from the Investor for the next phase of the project.
