PEPSICO FOODS VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT – OFFICIALLY BREAKS GROUND

On the morning of August 3, 2024, the PepsiCo Foods Vietnam Factory project officially broke ground at the Dong Van Industrial Park – Expanded, Ha Nam Province.

The event was honored by the presence of numerous distinguished guests and key officials, including PepsiCo leadership, the U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam, the Chairman of the Ha Nam Provincial People’s Committee, leaders of central and local agencies, Coteccons and Unicons leadership, as well as project partners and the entire project management team.

PepsiCo Foods Vietnam Company is one of the leading investors in the food and beverage sector, a household name in Vietnam known for its pioneering use of modern technology and advanced production processes. In this project, Unicons is proud to assume the role of General Contractor, responsible for the entire scope from design and structural construction to architecture, infrastructure, and MEP system completion. The project also adheres to the strict quality standards required by FM Global.

Unicons has firmly established its position in the industrial construction sector through several large-scale factory projects, such as the LEGO factory – the world’s first carbon-neutral factory and also the first project to achieve LEED Platinum certification, Apache footwear factory, TESA SITE Haiphong adhesive tape factory, Stronkin Vietnam Co., Ltd. factory, and various BWID factory clusters and industrial parks across the country. These projects have been and are being executed by Unicons with the highest quality and reliability, ensuring the satisfaction of the investors.
