Undertaken by Unicons since April 2022, the project involves the construction of 180 adjacent villas. As of now, all 180 units have completed their structural work and are undergoing finishing touches, aiming for handover to the Investor in the second or third quarter of this year.
Engaged from the project’s inception to the present, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan – the Project Director shared: “The project’s location amidst pristine forests posed many challenges in transportation logistics and workforce management, demanding rapid adaptation and meticulous preparation from our team. Thanks to such attention to detail and diligence, the project navigated through its toughest phases and is now nearing completion. Our team, from the project’s outset to date, has consistently strived to earn the Investor’s trust and confidence, laying the groundwork for Unicons to continue its involvement in future packages within the Phu Quoc project cluster.

Project Information
Meyhomes Capital Phu Quoc is located at Phu Quoc’s prime location, nestled between the Ra Da mountain range and the 6-star Park Hyatt Phu Quoc Residences, promising to become a vibrant urban area and the most desirable stopover on Pearl Island.
Previously, Unicons undertook construction at the project, completing 46 adjacent villas and Clubhouse CC05 with a total construction area of 16,000 m2 over eight months. Following the successful completion and handover meeting quality, safety, and schedule requirements, Unicons has been awarded the contract for these 180 adjacent villas.
In addition to the Meyhomes Phu Quoc project, the Investor has also partnered with Unicons on the Bai Lu Eco-tourism area project in Nghệ An – Meyresorts Bai Lu. It is hoped that both projects will serve as solid foundations for the future cooperative relationship between the two companies.
