On the morning of August 20, 2024, at Protrade International Tech Park in Binh Duong, the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Cheng Loong Binh Duong Paper Factory Phase 3” project was held solemnly, with the attendance of representatives from the investor, the supervision consultant, Unicons leadership, and the entire project management team.
