GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY OF GO! BAC LIEU SHOPPING CENTER PROJECT

On the morning of December 6th, the ground-breaking ceremony for the GO! Bac Lieu Shopping Center project was successfully held amidst the excitement and enthusiasm of the Unicons Command Board, the Investor, and the guests. Attending the ceremony were representatives from Central Retail Group – the project’s Investor, representatives from the provincial authorities of Bac Lieu, Unicons’ leadership, staff members, and project partners.

The GO! Bac Lieu Shopping Center project is part of the chain of large shopping centers of Central Retail Group, the leading retail conglomerate in Thailand. Spanning over 25,000 square meters, the project includes the shopping center itself, the GO! Hypermarket, a cinema, culinary dining areas, entertainment zones, and more.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bolat Duisenov – Chairman of Coteccons Group’s Board of Directors shared his thoughts, “On behalf of Coteccons – Unicons, I express our gratitude to the provincial authorities of Bac Lieu, and particularly to our partner – Central Retail Group, for trusting and allowing us to serve as the main contractor for the GO! Bac Lieu project. We are immensely proud to contribute to constructing a landmark project that signifies a significant milestone in the economic development of Bac Lieu province. With the pioneering spirit to create iconic structures, laying the foundation for new comprehensive development trends, we commit to delivering the highest quality, and safety, and ensuring timely progress as required by the Investor. Immediately following the ground-breaking ceremony, the Unicons Command Board will commence construction work at the site. Not only striving to ensure the best safety measures and progress, but Unicons also prioritizes quality and is determined to deliver the project to the Investor in the best condition. Unicons believes this will establish a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between the two companies in the future.
