FLAMINGO HAI TIEN PROJECT ON THE RACE TO THE FINISH LINE

The project command has officially topped off the final units among the 307 Shophouse units. Currently, we are focusing on completing construction, painting, and waterproofing. Specifically:
-Zone 1 and 2 with 140 units are urgently painting the exterior to hand over to clients by the end of February 2023.
-Zone 3 and 4 with 167 units are concentrating on construction and exterior painting.
It is expected that by the end of this February, the project will be completed and prepared for handover to clients.
Sharing feelings when kicking off the construction site in the early days of the new year, Mr Nguyen Van Tu – Deputy Project Manager said: “The northern region features many festivals, so after Tet, mobilizing manpower has faced many difficulties. Besides, the current weather with drizzle, fog, humidity has also affected the painting and waterproofing work.”
The project management has to come up with specific plans regarding manpower and material resources to ensure the best progress and quality of the project. Facing many difficulties, but with the new year and new beginnings, the management is very excited, looking forward to a prosperous Year of the Cat with many positive changes for themselves to accompany the Company in achieving future successes.

Some details about Flamingo Hai Tien project:
The Flamingo Hai Tien Project is built right next to the Hai Tien sea – one of Vietnam’s new beaches. Accordingly, the 5-star class super project – the heart of celebration in Thanh Hoa will be developed in the Ibiza model with long shopping – entertainment – dining streets. In addition, this complex also includes resort villas, beachfront apartments – hotels, and a conference area.
In this project, Unicons will construct and complete the resort complex adjacent to 04 zones with 307 low-rise Shophouse units.
