Gain Lucky Project is located in Phuoc Dong Industrial Zone, Tay Ninh Province with the total expected value up to 2,000 billion Vietnam dongs. The intended construction period is within 12 months.
Groundbreaking rituals of Textile Factory No. 03 Gain Lucky
New phase of the Project with a scale of 66ha is located next to 84ha land area of the existing factory, raising total factory area up to 150ha, contributing to increasing textile and garment manufacturing capacity of Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited in Vietnam. With the role of the General Contractor, Coteccons will implement the advanced Design & Build model, construct the infrastructure and MEP. In the future, Gain Lucky Tay Ninh will be one of the factories specialized in textile, dying, finishing, flower printing, embroidery, garments having the biggest scale in Vietnam.
Project Perspective
At the ceremony, Ms. Ton Vy Anh – The Deputy General Director of Gain Lucky (Vietnam) Limited Company shared about the trust, expectation from the Client when Coteccons was selected to be the General Contractor of Design and Build (D&B). Coteccons’ representative, Mr. Tran Quang Quan – Deputy General Director also expressed thanks to the Client for placing long-term trust when it was the third project in which the two parties had cooperated with each other. Besides, Coteccons also committed to concentrating the best resources on implementing and completing the work according to the committed progress and quality.
