COTECCONS & UNICONS OFFICIALLY TOPPED OUT “THE EMERALD GOLF VIEW LUXURY APARTMENT PROJECT” – A NEW SYMBOL OF PRIDE RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF BINH DUONG URBAN CENTER

The Emerald Golf View – the first 40-storey project in Binh Duong designed and constructed by Coteccons & Unicons as the General Contractor with a total package value of more than 1,400 billion VND. The selection of Coteccons & Unicons for this project has demonstrated Le Phong Group’s belief in the reputation of Coteccons – Unicons in the construction market. 

Starting construction on July 15, 2020, after only 02 years of construction, Coteccons & Unicons has completed 02 towers, each tower has 40 floors and 02 basements, with about 1,100 apartments. Total construction floor area is more than 115,000 m2. This is also the only apartment project to be started and handed over to Investor Le Phong since the pandemic began in 2020.
