Vinhomes Grand Park is the over-200ha wide riverside park urban area operated and developed by Vinhomes as the first smart urban model in Ho Chi Minh City. It has two river frontages towards Dong Nai River and Tac River, and one street frontage along Nguyen Xien road.
The Origami subdivision consists of 21 high-rise buildings, more than 10,000 condos having 1-3 bedrooms with area ranging from 27 to 108m2. Coteccons and Unicons will construct the basement, structure and basic finishing of 06 buildings. 2 Z-shaped 20-storey towers and 4 T-shaped 26-storey towers will be implemented in 20 and 21 months respectively. The Site Management Board has completed ahead of schedule the towers of Subdivision 1 with assured safety and quality.
