COMBINED RESIDENTIAL, OFFICE, AND HOTEL PROJECT- WINK HOTEL TUY HOA OFFICIALLY TOPPED OUT

Commenced in May 2022, the “Combined Residential, Office, and Hotel Project” is invested and developed by the Investor Indochina Kajima. Wink Hotel Tuy Hoa comprises 01 basement and 20 above-ground floors with 220 hotel rooms, covering a total floor area of 12,000 square meters. With its bold and pioneering style in the mid-range luxury hotel segment, the Wink Hotels brand is designed specifically for modern and ambitious travelers, offering high-quality experiences based on the traditional values of the locality.
Accompanying the Investor on this project, Unicons serves as the General Contractor for the structural, finishing, and MEP works. So far, the project management team has completed the structural work and model rooms and is currently focusing on finishing works. The “Combined Residential, Office, and Hotel Project” is scheduled to be handed over to the Developer in September – October of this year.
