Doubletree by Hilton Hạ Long Bay Hotel & Condotel

Tri Duc Hotel Joint Stock Company is the investor of The Double Tree by Hilton Ha Long Bay Hotel & Condotel project and Coteccons Construction Corporation is the general contractor.

The project is located in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, with a construction scale of 28 floors (for the Hotel Block) and 31 floors (for the Condotel Block), the total floor area of nearly 100,00sqm. According to the agreement, Coteccons will execute these following works: structure and finishing, interior design, M&E, outdoor landscaping. When the project is completed, it will be operated the five-star international standard hotel tower, managed by the Hilton Hotels Group; and luxury Condotel tower. Total investment capital of the project is over VND 2,000 billion.
