On April 17, 2019, Unicons was officially the first company in Vietnam construction industry in Vietnam to be certified with international standard by ISO 45001: 2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32661\" src=\"https:\/\/unicons.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ISO-45001-2018-logo-Unicons.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"656\" height=\"938\" \/><br \/>\nAccording to the<strong> ISO 45001<\/strong> standard, Employers continue to take the role of system owner, in addition to direct participation, they also play a consultative role in developing policies, regulations, evaluations, and inspections. monitoring and improvement of Occupational Health and Safety, greatly contributing to the improvement of the Company&#8217;s safety management system. The new standard <strong>ISO 45001: 2018<\/strong> updates some of the following highlights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"input_line_2\"><em> Identify the needs and expectations of occupational safety and health of Employees and other interested parties such as Customers, State, Leadership Board, &#8230;<\/em><\/li>\n<li id=\"input_line_3\"><em> Emphasize the responsibility and direct participation of the highest level of leadership in ensuring safety for employees, improving the performance of activities, continuously supporting resources for safety management systems and occupational health.<\/em><\/li>\n<li id=\"input_line_4\"><em> Employers are allowed to participate, contribute and consult construction to improve the management system, occupational health and safety policies.<\/em><\/li>\n<li id=\"input_line_5\"><em> In addition to risk management, ISO 45001 requires identifying opportunities before and during the course of the work to achieve regular improvements to the occupational health and safety management system.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-32673\" src=\"https:\/\/unicons.vn\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Unicons-HSE-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Unicons focuses on and continually improves its Occupational Health and Safety Management System<\/em><\/p>\n<p>By pioneering the conversion of ISO 45001 system instead of OHSAS 18001 when the new standard has been officially adopted, Unicons has affirmed the prestige of the leading general contractor and always considers Safety as the core value in the whole operation.
