The work includes 50 high-quality rooms which are divided into 5 subzones providing rest places for 700 workmen after a hard working day.

As a General Contractor managing thousands of workmen, Unicons deeply understands hard circumstances of workmen when they have to work far from their families. Housing costs account for a major portion of their incomes and they always face many safety risks.

In response to such situation, at the end of 2016, Unicons Board of Leaders planned to implement the accommodation for workmen right at site. Unicons goal is that all workmen can have comfortable sleeping places and use clean sanitary system and be protected by security guards 24/24.

It is known that Unicons accommodation has strict and safe living regulations and rules. Unicons Project Management Board registers temporary residence and temporary absence for workmen, requests to keep common hygiene and cook in the place as specified. Regulations and rules on firefighting safety, use of stimulators as well as entrance and exit control are strictly complied with. As a result, Unicons workmen will have healthy and safety lives and can maximize the concentration on the work.

Mr. Le The Anh, Unicons Manager of Workforce Development and Construction Department revealed: “From this first accommodation area, we shall have several experiences in the organization. We shall continue to replicate and strongly develop this model on site nationwide in the coming time”.

At Unicons, we are determined to create stable work source and ideal accommodation place to make attachment between workmen and the company tighter and tighter. Once workmen feel assured to work, the working quality will be increased and as a result, the work progress will be ensured in accordance with the brand of Unicons – Coteccons Group.
