The new plant delivered by Unicons is located at Vietnam- Singapore II Industrial Park with total construction area of 2 hectares on a lot of 4,5 hectares.<br \/>\nUnicons executed the packages of piling, pre-engineered steel buildings, CSA and MEP works from March 2014. Over 15 months the project has ended successfully with the top satisfaction of the Investor.<br \/>\n<strong>Construction update of CT1 tower &#8211; Masteri Thao Dien project<\/strong><br \/>\nCoteccons Group with its construction capacity has boosted the Masteri Thao Dien Project to an amazing speed. Within 10 months of construction, four towers are upping with a professional site image running hundreds of meters along Hanoi high-way. The CT1 tower executed by Unicons in civil construction and MEP installation is completing its 26<sup>th<\/sup> floor with remarkable achievements<br \/>\nUnicons has been speeding up the construction while ensuring the highest quality criteria in each floor batch. The tower has by far reached the 26<sup>th<\/sup> out of 43 floors with an average construction time of 5 days\/floor. Especially some floors were completed in merely 4 days and even 3 days. With current speed, Unicons is fully capable of topping out the project in mid-October this year \u2013 up to 2.5 months ahead of schedule compared to the initial commitments with the Investor Thao Dien Investment.<br \/>\nThese remarkable achievements were attributed to the efforts of hundreds of construction team members who work under hard pressure of schedule, quality and safety. Mr. Nguyen Sy Ninh, Unicons Site Manager, said: &#8220;The higher the building is, the higher the risks are as our workers may fall or hard wind may accidentally hit the building in rainy season.
