VAN LANG SKY LAKE PROJECT COMPLETES CONCRETE POUR FOR HOTEL TOWER PODIUM BLOCK

Following the successful completion of Phase 1 of the project, Unicons is honored to receive the trust of the Investor and continue to serve as the general contractor for the next phase. Adhering to the schedule, the Van Lang Sky Lake project has reached a significant milestone with the completion of the concrete pour for the hotel tower podium block, reaching a volume of 1,000m³. This is the largest concrete pour for the hotel tower, located on the 6^th floor.

The Van Lang Sky Lake urban residential project is a major international-scale real estate project in Phu Tho, with the goal of building a modern, convenient, and environmentally friendly urban area. The project includes a 32-story hotel tower and two 22-story and 26-story apartment towers integrated with many amenities such as entertainment areas, green parks, and other public utilities.

The concrete pouring process lasted for more than 10 hours with the high concentration of the entire Site Management Board and construction force, ensuring that all procedures were carried out carefully and in accordance with the strictest standards. With the completion of the concrete pour for the podium block, the hotel tower is ready to move on to the next stages of construction.


By the end of this month, the Site Management Board is expected to complete the pouring of the transfer beams for the two apartment towers, bringing the project to the finish line on time, safely, and with high quality.
