Unicons wins Phase 3 of Huafu Dyeing and Yarn factory project

Unicons scope of works in Phase 3 includes a 32.000m² fiber factory, 03 warehouses measuring 18,000m². This phase is expected to finish within 7 months (March 2015 – October 2015). With current speed of construction, Unicons will handover part of the factory for machinery installment after 5 months and complete the phase after 7 months. The phase contract value reaches VND 139 billion, raising the project total contract value to VND 500 billion.
By showcasing outstanding performance and winning successive stages of large-scale industrial projects, Unicons has demonstrated its capacity amongst top 10 largest private contractors in Vietnam. With Phase 3 Huafu factory project, Unicons continues to accumulate extensive experiences in the segment of industrial construction and be more confident in approaching projects from Chinese investors.
