Unicons wins 1600-billion-dong project as General Contractor at Thu Thiem

As signed, Unicons will be in charge of structural, finishing and MEP works for basement and upper floors of C1 low-rise appartment and shop house area (row SH9-SH11). All works are to be completed in mid-May 2017.

The project is also regarded the most sophisticated urban project to be constructed by Unicons. Located on a favorable position at Sala urban area, Sarica is in a close connection with Sarimi, Saroma and Sadora making a perfect self-contained community, and a brand-new living experience for over 22,000 new residents.
