The Park 6 tower to be constructed by Unicons incorporates 02 blocks of 50-storey height; each floor is 2,300 m2 large and divided into 18 luxury apartments ranging from 55 to 154m2. Applying the most advanced aluminum formwork technology, Unicons will definitely deliver an outstanding quality of structure and finishing to the building. The construction is now on the run from days to nights to meet the tight committed schedule. As this is the tallest building ever constructed by the company, the Site Board of Management will pay a strict safety control on worker teams with an aim to reaching the project’s final success.

The project is invested by Tan Lien Phat Company Limited, a member of Vingroup Corporation. Mr. Le The Anh, Site Manager said: “The Park 6 is among our most significant high-rise projects in southern Vietnam, with an enormous pressure of both schedule and quality from Vingroup and the main contractor Coteccons. We now set ourselves all ready to fulfill the committed milestones. This is also a precious opportunity and challenge for Unicons engineers to grow for bigger and more complicated projects in the future”.

The presence of Unicons in particular and Coteccons Group in general in the HCMC-based most anticipated urban project proved the highly-appreciated capability and prestige of the whole Group in the market. This project also help shorten the road to Unicons’ 2015 revenue target of VND 3,000 billion.
