Unicons to construct The Park 6 tower in Vinhomes Central Park megaproject

The Park 6 tower to be constructed by Unicons incorporates 02 blocks of 50-storey height; each floor is 2,300 m2 large and divided into 18 luxury apartments ranging from 55 to 154m2. Applying the most advanced aluminum formwork technology, Unicons will definitely deliver an outstanding quality of structure and finishing to the building. The construction is now on the run from days to nights to meet the tight committed schedule. As this is the tallest building ever constructed by the company, the Site Board of Management will pay a strict safety control on worker teams with an aim to reaching the project’s final success.
The project is invested by Tan Lien Phat Company Limited, a member of Vingroup Corporation. Covering an immense area of 44 hectares along Sai Gon river bank, Vinhomes Central Park promisingly becomes Ho Chi Minh City’s largest iconic metropolitan area. The project offers a construction density of only 40% and a 4-hectare-large central park, making it an ideal place for a living. In this project, Coteccons Group showcased its position of No.1 private General Contractor in Vietnam when wining 4 important towers of Vinhomes Park 5, Vinhomes Landmark 1, Vinhomes Landmark 2 and Vinhomes Central 3 with a total contract value of VND 1,422 billion (around USD 65 million).
