Unicons supports construction workforce to develop into company

The program revolved around the successful story of Mr. Mai Van Can – the Director of Tam Son Phu Construction Company Limited – a partner who has had a tight connection with Unicons in the last 10 years. Mr. Mai Van Can shared about the development path from when he was the head of a construction team until he became the Director of Tam Son Phu Construction Company Limited with 80 managers and more than 2,000 workmen. Accordingly, experiences in management, operation such as organization of team apparatus, management of workforce, finance, progress, quality, materials, safety, etc. were analyzed and dissected in details by Mr. Can and attendees.
When Unicons developed, all partners who went with Unicons also developed. Therefore, the representatives from Coteccons, Unicons also supported wholeheartedly, gave advice and encouraged traditional construction teams to develop into subcontracting companies.
The periodic sharing sessions between the corporation’s representative(s) and the construction workforces were the goodwill of Unicons Board of Leaders in encouraging, creating conditions for the construction workforces to ensure employment and development in living standards.
