Unicons successfully held the Labourer Conference 2015

The conference made an overall review on the company activities in 2014 and proposed the plan for 2015. Delivering the opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Sy Cong, Unicons General Director appreciated the enthusiastic working attitude and outstanding efforts of all employees, as well as expressed his deep gratitude to their family and relatives who has accompanied with the company during the past year.  Despite difficulties of the economy, Unicons achieved the revenue of VND 2506 billion, including the profit of VND 61 billion, raised 19 places on the ranking list of 500 Vietnam largest private enterprises and maintained the proven brandname and prestige in the market.
In 2014, besides winning and executing a remarkable number of projects, Unicons Board of Directors constantly issued and modified the remuneration policies to raise the income and spirit of all employees. Internal training activities, trips, sportfests, health insurance… have been regularly organised by the Company and Trade Union, bringing back an excitement to all labourers.
On this occassion, Mrs. Hoang Bich Thuy, President of Unicons Trade Unicons on behalf of labourers presented to the Board of Directors the desires and proposals of all employees about the policies, working environment… These proposals were all acknowledged with satisfactory answers by the Board of Directors.
In the next section, Unicons Board of Directors praised and commended the excellent performance of the 11 group, 10 managers and 47 employees. Overcoming these difficulties, obstacles, they have to unite and become an integral part in the success of Unicons.
With all these achievements, experiences and enthusiasm, Unicons members are all ready to step into the New Year 2015 with the strongest confidence, passion and determination to conquer new success milestones.
