UNICONS SUCCESSFULLY HANDED OVER WINK HOTEL TUY HOA BEACH PROJECT

Commenced in May 2022, the project “Housing combined with office and hotel” Wink Hotel Tuy Hoa Beach is built with a scale of 1 basement and 20 floors, including 220 luxury hotel rooms. Participating in this project, Unicons undertakes the role of main general contractor.

Wink Hotel Tuy Hoa Beach is a cooperative project with foreign investors. With the investor from the USA cooperating with the investor from Japan, they are placing high requirements on the construction standards and quality. Wink Hotel Tuy Hoa Beach is currently a project meeting the LEED Gold standards.
